This website is owned and operated by Weaver Consulting, LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the opportunity to register for a public offering of Root Cause Investigation for CAPA. 

By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed above. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. As stated above, sales are final and nontransferable.  Replacements can be made at any point before the training begins. In the unlikely event this training is cancelled, refunds will be issued within 30 days of the notice. Weaver Consulting is not responsible for other expenses incurred by registrants.  

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Weaver Consulting, LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way, including name, company, title, and email address.  We may use software tools to measure and collect activity such as opens, clicks, and communications. Your personal information will not be shared outside of Weaver Consulting, LLC, but may be used for future marketing purposes. 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
